ABB SAVALI

Nestled on a sprawling 30-acre site in Savali, Gujarat, the ABB industrial complex stands as a testament to modern architectural finesse combined with functionality. The layout comprises multiple factory blocks—Factory A, B, and C, each meticulously designed with dimensions tailored to their specific operations. An expansive dry type transformer unit complements these structures, while provision for a future expansion, the PASS factory, underscores the forward-thinking approach of the design.

Key to the project’s success is its integration of sustainable development principles, balancing economic productivity with equitable social environments and a keen emphasis on environmental preservation. This equilibrium is visually represented through a trio of interconnected circles, emphasizing the economy, social aspects, and the environment. Additional features like the Technology Centre, administration zone, and health center demonstrate a holistic approach to employee well-being. A network of 18m and 30m wide roads ensures seamless connectivity, while designated areas like workers’ spillout zones and groves foster community building and relaxation. The design culminates with intricate detailing, as evidenced by the strategic placement of entry-exit points and utility corridors, cementing the complex’s status as a beacon of industrial architectural excellence.
