Our spatial planning approach for Bhel house seeks to break down traditional hierarchies by merging spaces into an open office layout. This design choice encourages collaboration and a sense of inclusivity among occupants.

At the entrance, we’ve created a striking double-height area featuring a light well that introduces filtered natural light into the space while also preserving a visual connection with the surroundings. This element not only adds to the aesthetics but also contributes to a well-lit and welcoming atmosphere.

Our meticulous planning focused on cultivating an invigorating atmosphere where residents could readily access a wide array of sports, recreational activities, and adventurous pursuits suitable for all age groups. Our design philosophy underscored the idea that a well-designed space can cater to diverse interests and desires.
