DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST FACILITIES MANTALAI

Our design approach for this project drew inspiration from the concept of the pyramid and the trinity. These geometric forms are not only visually appealing but also have a scientific basis, as they are known to radiate energy and support meditation. This foundation guided our design process, emphasizing the harmonious integration of these geometric principles into the structures.

We adopted a philosophy of “onwards and upwards” when envisioning the buildings within the landscape. Drawing inspiration from the golden ratio and the beauty found in nature, we incorporated elements that followed the Fibonacci numbers. This approach ensured that the structures not only complemented the natural surroundings but also promoted a sense of balance and harmony.

The integrated tourist facility we created is aimed at promoting tourism and offers various accommodation options, including log huts, a dining facility, a yoga and wellness center, and other buildings to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. Additionally, the inclusion of a helipad on the campus highlights the project’s commitment to accessibility and convenience.

The project presented numerous challenges, including the need for detailed engineering and careful execution to achieve a contemporary yet timeless workspace. One of the primary challenges was the rapid phased execution while ensuring that the offices remained functional throughout the process. This project embodies a balance between design, functionality, and practicality, offering a space that not only looks impressive but also serves its intended purpose efficiently.
