In 2000, Sachin established VYOM, a name that draws inspiration from Sanskrit, meaning undefined space. What began as a modest endeavor has grown into a dynamic organization, comprising a team of over sixty engineers and architects. VYOM has emerged as a distinguished architecture and engineering consulting firm, offering its services across a wide range of typologies, with a focus on creating meaningful spaces and infrastructure. The company also provides project management consultancy, sustainability, and construction management services.
Sachin’s vision is deeply embedded in VYOM’s design philosophy, which harmoniously integrates art and science to craft spaces that cater to sustainable developments. By creating identities in the built form, VYOM excels in delivering projects encompassing institutional structures, industrial facilities, hospitality and healthcare establishments, residential townships, and master plans for corporate setups, townships, and infrastructure engineering. Being a sustainability evangelist himself, Sachin ensures sustainability at the core of all Vyom’s design and engineering initiatives. The organization’s commitment to excellence is reflected in their drive to deliver enhanced quality, innovation, value, and exceptional experiences by leveraging their design and technical skills, construction expertise, project management proficiency, and industry experience.
Under Sachin’s inspiring leadership, VYOM has successfully completed more than a thousand projects spanning diverse domains. These notable accomplishments include the construction of the world’s largest Net Zero R&D Campus for Indian Oil, India’s largest Wind Mill Generator factory for ABB, and the iconic Casino Pride, a floating casino in Goa. Additionally, VYOM has made significant contributions to the residential sector, including spearheading the ongoing responsibility of handing over of more than 4000 residential units in the Unitech projects in Delhi NCR and a senior living development in Dehradun. They have also played a pivotal role in transforming The Vermont Estate, a 150-year-old property, into a boutique hotel in Mussoorie. Moreover, VYOM’s portfolio boasts the development of four FDDI institutional campuses located in Chennai, Hyderabad, Ankleshwar, and Guna and the Hydro engineering university at Bilaspur for the NTPC, alongside numerous other commendable projects encompassing offices, commercial spaces, institutional structures, and residential complexes.
Fueled by a boundless enthusiasm and a passion for design, Sachin and his dedicated team at VYOM continue to explore the infinite possibilities offered by undefined space. Their unwavering commitment to exceptional design and innovation remains as strong today as it was when they first embarked on their journey in 2000.
